hazoret: hazoret: My shop, Altered Aether will be joining the strike against Etsy’s fee increase from April 11-18. Despite record profits, Etsy will be increasing its fees by 30% next week. This among other things such as mandatory offsite ad programs that take more of our money and the star seller program with impossible standards for certain sellers (mine included,) make things increasingly difficult and unwelcoming for the small sellers that Etsy built itself off the backs of. This means that my shop will be on vacation mode during that week, making sales impossible.Help the strike by not shopping with Etsy from April 11-18.Sign the petition & learn more about the strike and the demands of the strikers here Reminder that I’m going on strike next week!
