Time to raise awareness. #Repost @finfolkproductions (@get_repost)・・・Tonight we were a little bit sad, but EXTREMELY proud to see our work featured on @rupaulsdragrace ! We were sad because, unfortunately, the tail used on the show is a stolen reproduction of our work. For the last two years, we have been battling with several international companies who are reprinting images of our tails onto fabric, and selling them as counterfeit products, without our consent. As artists, this type of theft is heartbreaking. We have put countless hours and many years into honing our craft, and creating original work that we are so incredibly proud of. We love @rupaulofficial and @rupaulsdragrace and would have been so honored to have our real work featured on the show. Instead, we would like to take a moment to highlight the importance of supporting artists, and researching products that may seem bootlegged before you purchase them. We don’t want to place blame, because we are sure this was unknown to @kameronmichaels and everyone on the production team. Please do not hatefully comment on our behalf, because as a company, and individuals, we only wish to spread inspiration and positivity.
