Raw Kelp Noodle Pad Thai - In a blender, mix: 3 tbsp tahini 2 tbsp Nama Shoyu (or tamari) 3-4 dried apricots 1 tsp Thai green curry powder 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar ¼ cup water Pour mixture over raw kelp noodles and add chopped greens, julienned carrots and bell peppers. Top it off with lime juice, crushed (sprouted) pumpkin seeds and hot sauce, if you like spice! I want to apologize to everyone for slacking big time on my blog posts!
