(who you should totally follow their art is Boppin)They’re Gamua (GOM-wa) and Thyre (rhymes with fire) [they/them for both], and they’re gods of a pantheon I’m making for Court of Fools!Gamua is the god of Black Magic, Healing, and LifeThyre is the god of White Magic, Decay, and Death.Though they represent opposites, they actually get along quite well, as they are aware of the balance needed in the world. Thyre may not be too keen on helping mortals, but they don’t go out of their way to harm them, either.Both were born from Blitt’s font of Life-Giving Ink, though present as much older than him, because the relations between Gods in CoF are very loose and not strictly tied to who created who and whatnot (for example, Blacktooth often switches between claimed to be Whiteeye’s brother or his son).They themselves produce and absorb the ink and use it as the source of their magic, thus have strong themes tied to fountain pens!I have a few more gods I’m designing myself who are still in rough draft hell, but I’ll probably post some of them later too!!! -- source link
