projectpaladins: PROJECT: PALadins –> PREORDERS OPEN a charity fanzine about friendship for the Voltron: Legendary Defender fandom – mission statement fandom is a place where we bring some of our strongest passions. it is a space full of joy, kindness, friendship, and community. sometimes there is anger and strife in the excitement of emotions running high, but in the end we are all fans of the same amazing, wonderful show: Voltron Legendary Defender. PROJECT: PALadins is a gen fanzine centered around the mutual trust and deep connections that the members of team voltron have with one another. it is about friendship and support (and maybe a smidge about the winter holidays. c: ). team voltron’s members all have amazing strengths, relate-able weaknesses, and fun interactions that we enjoy watching and wanted to retell in our own voices with our own fanworks, gathered here. (this is all a fancy way of saying we really love voltron’s characters and wanted to make a charity zine to express it!) charity together the paladins work to fight hatred and pain throughout the universe, and through the combined effort of the gathered artists and writers in this work and your kind contributions, we want to fight the hatred and pain brought on by child abuse. the proceeds from this zine will be donated to an organization dedicated to preventing child abuse and educating caretakers on child care. the release releasing only as a PDF, the zine will be available for preorder from November 28th to December 8th; on December 9th, the zine will release. The PDF will continue to be available for purchase until December 16th. at this time there is no planned hard copy release. the price is $10 in USD. PREORDER HERE contributor list –> under the cut!
