Voidpunk is a bit different in that it’s not an orientation - its a subculture in our community for those who have been dehumanized and villainized. Aces and aros are often told that it is love and sex that “make us human”. Voidpunk was coined by an aroallo person who was especially dealing with the stigma that comes with experiencing sexual attraction without romantic attraction. Voidpunk is not ace/aro specific, and is for anyone looking to reclaim their dehumanization.Voidpunk leads us into a week of looking into various intersections in the ace and aro communities and the additional struggles that some aces and aros face.
