lonestargirl: On the penultimate day of my holiday and what turned out to be the hottest day, it was time to find the local thermal springs and mud. It seemed as though no one wanted to make the 3km trek so I headed off on my lonesome. Passing fields of pomegranates, olives, lemons and melons, I followed the smell of sulphur. I finally got to my destination. …KuKurt Thermal Springs and what ended up being my favourite place ever. It was perfect, off the tourist radar and completely unspoilt. Only a handful of people there going from pool to mud and back again. A couple of waterfalls thrown into the mix providing the perfect back massage. I was in my own oasis of tranquility. Flying back the following day, I returned and crammed in another few hours before jetting out smelling of sulphur and silky soft skin. -- source link
