bigcutieaurora: I recently went to the doctor for my yearly exam and she told me basically that I was too fat and needed to exercise and eat better… When I told her I don’t really like to exercise she suggested I start out with some light yoga and go from there. I thought I would share my first attempts at yoga and stretching with you guys, since I haven’t done any yoga since before I started gaining. It was pretty interesting to see how much less flexible and fit I’ve become!
