As stated before, this month’s evaluations are built into our summer camp! Trainees are asked to prepare a skill to showcase at the talent show, scheduled to start after the regular open show for rookies on July 30, and they have up to 5 minutes to display their skills. Public trainees are not allowed to perform in the open talent show, while private trainees may perform in both if so they choose. Any skill counts, whether they’re listed as an achievement or not (remember, however, that your CEOs will be watching)! Teaming up for this event is possible – actually, strongly recommended – and you may even choose trainees from another company to write with! It’s the perfect opportunity to branch out!To collect +2 POINTS IN A RELEVANT CATEGORY, +2 DEBUT POINTS and +1WK IN A RELEVANT ACHIEVEMENT, members must write a 200+ words solo or one four-post thread about the performance. Like with the first part of our March evaluations last year, we won’t be too picky about which skill categories and achievements you guys choose as a reward. As long as it makes a little bit of sense, it’s acceptable! If you need any help choosing, don’t be afraid to ask one of the staff members about it.You have until midnight EST at the end of Sunday, August 7th to post your solos or your threads.
