How may I help you today” said the voice on the other end of the phone call. “Oh hi, my name is Heather and I was wondering if I could book an appointment to get my hair done please” said Heather, not really sure why she had called this number. “I am sorry, we are not taking new clients at this time. I can get you an appointment in about 6 weeks?” said Sarah. Heather felt a little sad that she had to wait so long. With her free hand, Heather lovingly stroked her new Pearlyhose hosiery and without even thinking said “Hose are on, Mind is off”. There was a few seconds of silence and then Sarah came back “I understand Heather. Your appointment is booked for an hour from now.
