So i was thinking about hp headcanons recently, and I remembered I had this one where in the time after the final battle, the Malfoys had to exercise the virtue of sharing with Bellatrix’s wand, which Narcissa had managed to snag off Bella’s body in the aftermath of the battle at Hogwarts (under the guise of a short moment of mourning).  They’d argue over it and stuff lol YOUVE HAD IT ALL DAY IT’S MY TURN This is ofc because the Malfoys are wandless by the end of the series- Lucius’s destroyed by Voldemort, Draco’s was won and broken by Harry EDIT oops ok I guess Harry just took it but whatever, and Draco lost Narcissa’s to the foefire.  And even if they were allowed wands after the war, who would make them new wands? They kept the local wandmaker prisoner in their basement for months so good luck with that and even if there were a less savory wand maker out there, nobody would want to risk being connected to the Malfoy name after the war. But then again, Bella’s might not work at all for them, since it might actually be Molly’s wand now? idk.  If it did work, it would still backfire and screw up every now and then, because if there’s any tiny piece of Bella that should live on, it’d be the part that annoyed the Malfoys. -- source link
