gefionne: Crowley came around to see the angel walking up from the white-gold edge of the sea. He was in his shirtsleeves with a fawn-colored waistcoat buttoned over his round middle. His britches were pushed up over his knees and his bare feet were sand-covered. At first he didn’t recognize Crowley, but as he came closer, his face split into the kind of smile that ignited joy and fondness and abject yearning in Crowley’s gut. I commissioned the wonderful @selene-yoshi-chan to illustrate a scene from my Good Omens story Hope is the Thing with Feathers, a romance across the years and told partly in letters penned with each other’s wing feathers. -- source link
