phrenic-a:the-ville-idiot:scuzmunkie:memesforages:HOAs are bullshit.This reminds me of a story I read about a guy who got pissed at his HOA’s ridiculously strict and invasive rules, ran for HOA president, got it, immediately stopped charging people HOA fees, overturned all their ridiculous rules, then used the left over funds for minor improvements and therefore successfully revoked funding of and dismantled his HOA from within out of spite.That would be something I’d do.Both of my parents refuse to buy a house where there’s a homeowners association. -- source link
