Inspiration! Steep slope gardening from the local Master Gardener / Cooperative Extension newsletter.It makes me feel a bit better about the slow progress in our garden. Setting up the infrastructure takes a lot of time, and lately I’ve been too tired from work to go out there and do more work. Baby steps…We actually got a bit of rain, for the first time in weeks. This summer has been so ridiculously hot. Finally ordered the first bit of irrigation equipment, which will help tremendously. Steep slopes, especially south-facing steep slopes like ours, are pretty dry. -- source link
