denverdeathgrip: My wife is trying to start up a bakery which would specialize in alcohol-infused pastries (up to 5% alcohol by volume) in a smaller college town. Of course she’ll also offer more traditional cakes, pastries and pies too, but she thinks alcoholic products will make her really stand out.
