Modern Farmhouse StarterLot Description: I was watching a YouTube video and they were saying they didn’t want to be “that guy” that uses every pack in every build so I decided I’m not going to be “that guy” either. I give you a base game starter. It does use some debug items because I couldn’t leave it looking unfinished but they are all base game as well. There is a small room in the back that you can add a stackable washer and dryer if you have Laundry Day. Also, I couldn’t afford an outdoor trashcan so you’ll have to save for it.
