Just a little birds eye view of our agroforestry project in Guatemala! Believe it or not, this plot of land was a cattle ranch that was suffering from extreme deforestation when we purchased it in 2016. Now we’re working to return the land to jungle so we can grow sustainable ingredients like cocoa, vanilla, avocado and coconut for our products. Here you can see various trees planted on the contour of the slope which helps prevent soil erosion, and is one of the many practices related to #RegenerativeFarming.
