I know I have been quiet for about a week but hello Plexus followers!
This last week has been a whirlwind of exciting things and changes! In regards to Plexus for the mind….this to is real.
I’ve never been great when dealing with stress. It’s always been something that could take me over completely. If things got to busy or big decisions needed to made I would usually cry it out, stay up all night thinking, become exhausted and then decide.
