Though they are sometimes called Pegasi, or Pegasuses, for the most well known specimen of the breed, this is wrong, with Winged Horse, or Pegasid (”descendant of Pegasus”) being the correct terms.While Unicorn-types come in a few specific variants, Winged Horses come in numerous shapes sizes and colours, varying from the elegant Abraxan, the speedy Granian to the bulkier Aethonan. There is even the classification of death-linked Omen Horses (not listed here), including the skeletal Thestral.
