mondaysandmelancholy:mon // 30 mari took a nap today for what feels like the first time in years. admittedly, all the chaos in the news does linger in my mind well into the night and affect my ability to get restful sleep, so i guess i really needed to catch up?!otherwise, nothing so remarkable about today. there’s rumblings of an extension to the current shelter-in-place to may 1, and while i’m itching to get back to work, i’m all for continuing to stay home. there’s finally some reliable empirical evidence out there that these measures are working for california, but the truth is three weeks just isn’t enough time.one of the cafes i frequent just announced that they’ll be serving as an order pickup site for a local florist, and i’m thinking about buying some plants to keep me company while i’m at home… maybe a spider plant and an air plant~ i’ve never taken care of anything other than a succulent so fingers crossed i can figure out what i’m doing TT-TT air plants seem pretty low-maintenance but any tips on spider plant care are much welcomed :-) -- source link
