I have quite a few of these (an embarrassing number, actually). I didn’t mark who is the er… “mommy” in my bookmarks, but the summaries kind of give it away.  Our Version Of A Relationship (6,920 words, NC-17): Dean gets genderswapped and Sam gets cursed. Dean’s surprisingly okay with it.  Don’t Make Me Say It (3,180 words, PG-13): The Leviathans needed to increase their birthing rate and Sam ends up a test subject.  The Motherly Type (1,820 words, R): Dean is pregnant, upset and has morning sickness, and it’s all Sam’s fault.  The Inevitable (10,800 words, NC-17): Warning: Underage (but not a lot). Sam’s his beta and that little voice screaming in the back of Dean’s head is telling him Sam needs to be pregnant.  Surprise, Surprise (7,393 words, NC-17): Dean enlists the hunting community’s help to throw Sam a surprise birthday party, but Sam has a surprise of his own for Dean. This is a bit OOC, so if you’re looking for an in-character fic, this is not it.  Just A Brass Diamond Ring (3,000 words, NC-17): Extremely sad. Loosely based on Rosemary’s Baby.  Mommy Dean (2,680 words, R): One morning after coming back from Hell, Dean wakes up pregnant. Hunter’s Lullaby (90,000 words, NC-17): A certain angel saves Dean before he goes to Hell, and then Dean gets hit with a curse from a witch. Long and gorgeous, exactly how I’d want (if it could happen) the boys to get out of hunting.   Zero to Sixty (10,387 words, NC-17): The boys piss off and then kill a fertility goddess…then have marathon sex on Halloween. Very well written.  Riot Series (21,446 words, NC-17): Extremely heartbreaking, recommended to be read with tissues and chocolate nearby. Season 8 fic with a twist: Sam was pregnant when Dean got sent to Purgatory. Sam doesn’t handle it well and things just go downhill from there.  Enjoy! -- source link
