over on patreon Tama asked for pumpkin dryads which turned out to be pretty fun to design. for these ladies i tried to design around what i think are some often looked over pumpkin attributes:-horrible stringy goop-vines-can grow ridiculously largenot a ton is known about pumpkin dryads and they have a lot of variation. their magic tends to be geared towards things associated with the fall like harvests and the transitional properties of nature, but they also dip into ‘crossroad’ deals and herding lost souls on occasion. they tend to get on okay with humans as long as the humans in question aren’t disrespectful of their patches, but they also have a reputation for being deeply weird. so you’re welcome to make friends as long as you don’t mind all of…that. -- source link
