These two are VERY accustomed to being active, and I could tell they needed to move. I was heading down for my run and I suggested they join me. They were ALL about it. Carmendi created a core circuit for her and Jax to do, while I ran. I watched her coach him through good form and encourage him. I watched him work his little butt off. We listened to our favorite playlist, sang and worked out together and it made my little fitness-loving heart sing. Tomorrow Jax is teaching us his kata which we’ll use for warm up and cool down before Carmendi’s total body circuit of death….that she already has written up.
