Good morning y'all! As my official welcome back to blogging I’m going to try out the military diet for the next three days and track my progress. Because I have low blood sugar issues I’m going to allow myself one cheat snack whenever I feel really hungry or if I feel like I’m about to pass out. The military diet is suppose to help you lose 5-10 pounds with a workout routine filtered in. So let’s see if this actually works! I’m starting out the diet at 200 lbs (blame Christmas dinner) and Day 1 breakfast includes ½ a grapefruit (we didn’t have any so I substituted a clementine), 1 piece of toast, 2 scoops of peanut butter and a cup of water or tea.
