I’m absolutely loving the entire coordination of this tiny bird pattern and tie-dyed obi from Senbamuromachi Kimono / Nico Antique.The red and tan of the kimono is such a regular all-over pattern, it almost reads like a checkerboard or tesselation, but the deeper red obi and brighter red obidome (obi bead in the center) keep that red color family going strong while adding some contrast. Of course the brown basket-purse and loose, brown hair styling makes this piece look gentle and casual, very girl-next-door, rather than a strict and professional tea ceremony outfit. -- source link
