If I saw it hanging in a shop I might not know what to do with it– but a deep mahogany obi, an obi-jime with tons of texture, and a leopard-print obiage that breaks up the kimono pattern is exactly the right trick!I think the other great touch is the dark eri collar, which balances the very heavy obi and black accessories. It feels almost like a black tie– it collects the otherwise wild coordination. With black tabi socks and zori, this bold rock-style kimono could look very suave! -- source link
