Say hello to Osiris Percival Hallows, the local (or aspiring) witch doctor. His major field of magical studies are occult medicine, arcane arts (necromancy), and herbalism aka potions. This OC is a complete WIP right now as the DeviantArt RP group I’m looking to shove him into is still a big WIP itself. If there’s one thing I think I’m going to leave untouched it’s the color scheme but his eyes might be all over the place until the final cut.
