I love that this is completely within the realm of believability.I love this man.In case you weren’t aware it was a Reagan appointee who wrote the majority opinion in upholding the right to marry. I should also point out that Democratic Senators rejected Reagan’s first choice (Robert Bork). That opposition was spearheaded by then Senate Judiciary Chairperson Joe Biden. So for today’s ruling, I thank President Reagan for nominating Justice Kennedy, but more importantly I thank Vice President Joe Biden for forcing Reagan to go with his backup plan. -- source link
