What is he?” Liz is regarding her indulgently… with her blouse open to display the (wedding?) ring she wears on a chain.2. When Bel obliquely asks why Lix is–anomalously–dressed up to go out, Lix’s response is to declare that, officially, she doesn’t know Brown at all. “Don’t make me lie to you, too.”Lix. LIX.
