Promised @sone_box ’s friend Co that when I went to the gym next I would try and see if I could do a muscle up. He bet me I could do 5. Reality says: can’t even do one….yet. but thanks Co for giving me a new goal to work towards. I’m now training to be able to do at least one. Other goals include but are not limited to a 5 minute plank. In the meantime, I know my muggle life has been limiting how mich I can really perform for you guys, but you have chances the next two days. Friday night from 9-close and Saturday afternoon from 5-9 at #marysclub only.
