Tbt to 3 years ago today. I struggled with a horrible bout of gastritis in April of 2018 (pic on left) and didn’t dress for over a month (pic on right) During that time I lost over 50lbs in a month…… It was quite painful but so much good came out of it. I lost another 45 lbs over the next few months and have successfully kept it off.
