The Jean Ralphio Seal Of Being The Worst Parks and Rec fans (and tumblr in general)! Through my getting used to drawing with a tablet, one thing lead to another and this was created. Jean Ralphio is portrayed by the fantastic improviser and actor Ben Schwartz (rejectedjokes). Ben is definitely a comedy idol of mine and I follow his career closely. He is one of the reasons I want to pursue improv comedy. And what he brings to the character of Jean Ralphio from Parks and Rec (nbcparksandrec) truly makes him (IMO) one of the greatest TV characters of all time.
