zandralee123: THICK!!!! So my biggest fear my ENTIRE life FOOD! The power I gave to it, the years I counted every damn calorie for what? To LOOK a “certain” way it never really was about health. Some thinner people pop pills, smoke, drink caffeine drinks all day long barely eat and can’t lift 8 pounds over their heads. Some obese people sit on the couch all day and eat really bad foods THEN their are others that are “thin” fit people trying to pack on muscle or simply love and care about their bodies and what they put in and there are also FAT people who are fit, that LOVE to eat clean and workout. I am #fat I have a lot of fat it is very important having a thicker frame for me to eat foods that are clean and to workout to strive to be HEALTHY not to worry about “the external” for beauty reasons BUT for my overall well being which includes SELF LOVE while doing so. Any fitness regimen that comes from a place of self loathing is bound to fail because it’s not coming from a place of LOVING YOU NOW AS IS! It’s bold to look in the mirror and love what you see when we are brainwashed otherwise. It is bold to look at the thin or fat person next to you and not compare or judge but look at them from a place of love for they have all are working to slay their own dragons. This is bold for me to post because I’m sure many maybe be repulsed by my fat…but to many others it may scream #doyou -- source link
