BASEicSimmer’s Favorite Face CCI’ve been doing a ton of sim makeover’s recently, both for my Maxis makeovers and my gameplay, and as I’ve been doing so, I’ve really started recognizing what my absolute faves/go-to’s are. So I thought it’d be fun to share those. This, of course, is NOT (no where near) all the cc I have for these categories, and for my Maxis makeovers, I try to stick to the sim’s vibe, while also highlighting different CC as much as possible. But for this, these are my top go-to’s, and since they are my go-to’s, I am not including things that I often don’t think of giving my sims, such as blush and highlighter. Links below the cut! Enjoy! Vex’ahlia eyes by @dangerouslyfreejellyfish (makes almost all my favorite eyes)3. 3D eyelash v3 by @mmsims (my new favorite lashes for guys…fair warning, they’re incompatible with some cc hairs)4. Facial Hair Style 11 (tsr) by @veigasims (this creator has LOTS of great facial hair)5. September Eyes V1 by @dangerouslyfreejellyfish6. aphrodite brows by @thepeachyfaerie (all their brows are great for both genders)7. Beard N10 (tsr) by Magic Hand (great, realistic facial hairs)8. Helena eyeliner (tsr) by @sunflower-petals (My favorite thing about this liner is the brightness in the inner corners. And it’s a nice, full liner without looking raccoony. So good.)9. The Smoothe Skinblend by @andersimblr (I have 2 or 3 other skins by this creator also, and they’re all so good)10. Eyebrows 4 by @mmsims (I am currently obsessed with all their brows…they’re just so natural looking, as opposed to looking drawn on)11. Comet Eyes Luna Palette Recolor by @nuclearrayne (I love the contrast these eyes have between the outer ring and the inner color…my eyes irl have that, so it gives these eyes realism while still staying somewhat maxis match)12. 3D eyelashes by @miikocc (available in skin detail or accessories, and the skin detail ones work with all my cc rings, unlike most skin detail lashes)13. Too Faced Natural Love eyeshadow by @mysteriousdane (literally creates some of my favorite cc pieces, including their other eye shadows)14. everyday lip gloss by alhajero (I’m obsessed…I love that it’s mostly a clear gloss with just a hint of color)15. Pumpkin freckles by @sunflower-petals (these, as well as her full body ones, are by far my favorite freckles. A lot of cc freckles, imo, are too large or too dark, but these are nice and soft and natural)16. Lily skin blend by @llumisims (I have 4 or 5 skin blends from this creator, and I keep going back to them for my female sims. They’re just so pretty)17. Lipstick 13 (tsr) by carol91 (I only recently acquired (and discovered in my cas ) this gloss (it’s actually a clear gloss, not a lipstick), and it’s so good! I think a lot of glosses, especially clear ones, in the sims can be overly glossy, but this one isn’t)18. Natural eye lashes (tsr) by Coffee Moon (I love all of their lashes for all ages of my female sims. Personally, though, I really only like their top lashes swatches…I think the bottom ones look a bit oddly placed or unnaturally long, so I’ll often pair their top lashes (found in glasses) with kijiko’s skin detail bottom lashes) 19. Florence eyeliner by @kumikya (my go-to if I want a simple, light, top-lid-only liner)20. September Eyes V2 by @dangerouslyfreejellyfish21. Basics Please by @twisted-cat (this eyeshadow set is the perfect combo of natural and basic, while also being fun and metallic, without being over the top. I also LOVE the eyeshadow from their wedding makeup set, if I want a tad more drama)Bonus! After making this, I found this skinblend, which is also now definitely favorite, especially the male version. It makes really good looking sims, so I couldn’t not include it! And it comes in swatches with varying levels of skin smoothness vs wrinkles, so you can use it for all ages of adult sims!Thanks to all the amazing creators that keep my sims looking good! -- source link
