Time needed: 20 minutesCalories: 70 per pancakeWhat you need:~ 115g flour~ 2 eggs~ 300ml skimmed/lowfat milk~ 90ml water~ Anti-stick sprayHow to:1. Mix the water with the milk. 2. Put the flour into the bowl and make a small hole in the middle. Break the eggs in the hole and carefully whisk, slowly incooperating the flour.3. Add milk and water mix while whisking. Then whisk until it’s smooth.4. Spray a pan with non-stick spray and fry the pancake on medium heat until it’s nicely brown. 5. Put on plate and add whatever toppings you like.
