I told y’all it’s an offshoot of mens rights activism. I’m trying to parse that last one about eldest daughters. So, let’s say my family’s inheritance goes to the eldest daughter. I’m the eldest daughter but I have an older brother. My older brother decides he’s now a woman. He becomes the eldest daughter and I lose the inheritance. Is that what it’s saying? I think that’s what it’s saying yes. And I remember an aita post a while ago about a family necklace that’s supposed to go to the eldest daughter, and her older brother transitioned and demanded the necklace. Most people said the mom would be the asshole if she didnt yank the heirloom away to “validate” him iirc. It literally only ever works one way… Females can be displaced by males who identify as transgender, however, males cannot be displaced by females who identify as transgender. Imagine a family estate that dictates, for example, half goes to the eldest son and half to the eldest daughter. The eldest (male) child could identify as a woman and gain the rights to ALL inheritance, leaving his younger sister with absolutely nothing.Or a family that had the rule of, say, title and land goes to the son and money/art collection/jewels went to the daughter, to even it out/compensate for their only being one title, allowing them to keep all family members ~in the loop~ and wealthy and shit. Once again, the eldest son can simply identify as a woman and take EVERYTHING for himself, leaving nothing for anyone else. Men get what men get *and* they get what women get (by taking it away from them). Women get nothing.
