inkbirds:the sequel to my other post, “i want to read sci-fi but people keep recommending fucking dune”. admittedly, slightly fewer recs on this one because i don’t read as much fantasy as i should. feel free to comment with your own recs! also, before the asoiaf haters come at me, i read the entire series and enjoyed it. these are my recs for people who may be just getting started with the genre and don’t have the energy for a 7-book series.
