This strange-looking device, located in the small pantry between Glencairn’s kitchen and dining room, is a roll-top Hobart dishwasher (we think it’s a model SM-6T2). Made by the Hobart Manufacturing Co, Troy, Ohio, it was designed for small loads, and could sometimes be found in diners and church kitchens. -- source link
