A quick process of my last illustration, Winter is here. My scanner rioted, but it still gives a little insight. 1/ I do a rough sketch, using Photoshop, and keep is messy and loose, then I print it and…2/ …I clean up the lines, using an ink pen.3/ I add values to determine my lighting and have an idea of where I’m going before starting inking.4/ Ink ! Several layers of ink on 300g/m2 watercolor paper. Using salt for the snow flakes in the background ! 5/ Scan, edit, add more values to help the eye reading the picture.And voilà ! -- source link
