Plush Commissioning Since it has been a while since I explained my commissioning process I decided to do this update.I open for commissions at different times throughout the year. The next time I am opening right now is on January 30th at 6pm. It will be a first come, first serve basis, so please message me as soon as possible at that time. (Sometimes I fill quickly, sometimes I don’t, it just depends).If you are interested in commissioning me, please send a private message prior to the day so we can discuss what I will be making for you and the cost. It will make the day I am taking your commission go much smoother and quicker.Currently, I am planning on taking 5 orders. You can have up to 3 custom plush made per order. When you message me, please provide your email address so I can send you an invoice that will include the price of the plush, tax and the shipping. Invoicing will help me with my records. You will have 2 days to pay it, if you don’t manage to pay it, then I will void the transaction and reopen the commission slot.Thank you for your interest and I hope to hear from a lot of you on Sunday.—————————————————————————————–Terms of ServiceAll my plushies come from a smoke-free, dog-friendly home.Before ordering a plush from me I encourage you to review my blog to make sure my style is what you are looking for. We can go over how you will like your plush to look and I will normally give you a preview sketch of the design. Once agreed on and the payment is made no other changes will be made to the plush, so please ask any questions and make any requests when you order. If you have any specific expectations, such as regarding the color being a certain shade please let me know before I start because changing even a small part of a plush could end up being a lot more work and normally I am working on a lot of other commissions and I do not have time to be making changes. If I personally make an obvious error, like doing something much different from what I illustrated in my concept, for example I made part of the plush incorrect, then I will fix it. If by chance you decide you want to cancel your order before I start it, I can offer a refund minus the cost of materials and this will result in no future commissions. If you have a serious situation, such as sickness, losing a job etc. I will grant a full refund and you will be welcome to commission again. This will be on a case-by-case basis.Also I do not normally have situations that people do not like my work, but I want people to be aware of my policy if a situation like that should arise. If we agree on the sketch concept and fabric colors we should be good :)I ship from the United States and I can ship anywhere in the world as long as shipping is covered. If you are outside the US it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 5 months to receive your commission. I have no idea why this happens… normally it is closer to the 2-4 week mark. For example I mailed two different commissions at two weeks apart to the United Kingdom, one took 2 ½ weeks to arrive and the other took 2 months. I did nothing different, just please be aware of this, once I ship the plush and provide you with the tracking number it is out of my hands. (also, on occasion, a package could be held in customs for a long time). I will send an invoice for payments that include the price, tax and shipping. I take payments up front before starting on the plush so it will cover my supplies and anything else.I believe I covered everything, I hope I get to make some awesome plushies again :) -- source link
