Some #travelstoke from #Havana by @matt_the_explorer: “I really wanted to get a good birds eye view of the city, but Cuba isn’t too keen on drones right now. So we hustled over to a restaurant/bar called La Torre which sits at the highest point in Habana on the 33rd story of the El Focsa building. This was also the only place in Cuba we visited that had a dress code.
