mister-polite: During our time together, she and I have experimented some with implementing a D/s life outside of scenes. Sadly, they were always very short-lived due to the hectic schedule of the times. At one point, spanking was a very real punishment she faced for disobedience. Now that we’re living as Master and slave at home, she again is subject to punishment if she disobeys. She’s been a very good girl, so this hasn’t come up yet, but she knows that if it does, I will perform my duties as the disciplinarian. She has something of a cognitive dissonance about punitive spankings. On the one hand, she hates them, as they’re a symbol of a personal failure that she is acutely embarrassed about. On the other, she gets all twisty and wet at being subjected to my strength and seeing me live up to my promises of being an authority over her. I’m of two minds about it myself. I’d prefer she didn’t act out, forcing my hand. But I also look forward to the chance to prove to her my dedication to our agreement. -Mr. P.
