Nopales (opuntia spp.) con tunas, Ronda, Málaga, 2016.Both “nopales”and “tunas” are Mexican terms, and I am not certain whether those words are used in Spain or not. This new world cactus was introduced to Iberia where it has become something of a weed in warmer areas along the Mediterranean. In Mexico both the leaf (nopal) and the fruit (tuna) are considered delicacies, but I have not encountered their use for food in Spain. -- source link
