02/15/2021: FOOD LOGSOUP~¼ CUP Water {0}~½ CAN Progresso Potato Bacon Soup {165}~½ CAN French Cut Green Beans {35}~2 TSP Dehydrated Bacon Bits {20}TOPPINGS~Pepper {0}~2 TSP Parmesan & Romano Cheese {20}~1 TSP Dehydrated Bacon Bits {10}~5 Saltine Crackers {70}{320 CALORIES}Example of if I would of ate it at home:~¼ CUP Water {0}~½ CUP Light Progresso Potato Bacon Soup {100}~½ CAN French Cut Green Beans {35}~Pepper {0}~2 TSP Parmesan & Romano Cheese {20}~1 TSP Dehydrated Bacon Bits {10}{165 CALORIES}I made this for me, and my mom. I ate the crackers, because I was eating it with my mom. Also the soup can was 330 calories for the whole can, but they have a light version that is 200 calories for the whole can. I liked the green beans, because it added more food/texture to it. I rinsed them off before I put them in so it wouldn’t be to green bean flavored. It could be modified to have less calories if you’d like, but I think this is all I’m gonna eat today. Also I can’t weigh myself, because the scale at my moms house sends a notification/weight to her phone every time someone uses it. 10/10 Soup though would recommend. My mom took a bite, and was like “OOOH THIS IS SOOO GOOD.” Haha -- source link
