02/15/2021I wanted to make an update, because I am happy as heck. I just weighed myself and I was 161.6. Yesterday I was 162.2. That is .6 pounds. I know that it is water weighed, and stuff like that. But as of right now I am 161.6.Also I’ve been craving an ice cream sandwich from the freezer for like 3 hours now. It is a low-fat one that is 100 calories, but I feel like I don’t need it at all. I decided to pour about half a teaspoon of this Sugar Free S’mores Coffee Syrup into a spoon, I kind of just licked it like a cat. It definitely smells better than it tastes, but it was overpoweringly sweet, and killed my ice cream sandwich craving. I’m drinking it with an ice water so it was a good swap. 100 calories vs 0 Calories. Also it made me a little nauseas which is good.
