In the top pictures I’m weighing in at 103 pounds after a couple months of starving and purging. In the bottom pictures I’m weighing in at 110 pounds after a couple months of healthy eating and exercise. I clearly gained weight even though I lost inches. In the top picture my stomach is clearly bloated, I’m weak, and faint, and depressed. In the bottom picture my stomach is much flatter and more importantly I’m happier, stronger, and healthier. This just goes to show that the number on the scale doesn’t mean all that much. I weighed less during my ED than I do now, yet my body looks better now AT A HIGHER WEIGHT than it did then. This is why the number on the scale means nothing to me. Really want more people to see this. This is why I focus on my body measurements and not the number on the scale.YES YES YES -- source link
