getskinnytipsblog-blog: If you couldn’t tell already, I LOVE nutella and I love sweets. When I chose to upgrade my lifestyle I felt deprived of a lot of things in the beginning. But then I did a little exploring and found tricky (but actually REALLY simple) ways in which I could still satisfy my annoying sweet tooth. Here is a recipee for a “nutella” based drink that has only 68 kcals PER SERVING. So hell with it, even if you have TWO servings you’re still treating your body right and staying healthy. Yummy :) Ingredients 1 ½ cups of coffee ¼ cup skim milk ½ cup coconut milk, unsweetened 3 tsp. hazelnut extract 1 tbsp + 1 tsp.unsweetened cocoa powder 1 packet stevia or 1 tbsp. sugar (to taste) 1 pinch Xantham Gum (optional) 2 Tbsp. Whip Cream, fat free Instructions Place coffee in a shallow container, cover and freeze for 4 hours or overnight or chill the coffee in the refrigerator and use 5 ice cubes instead of freezing. Let the frozen coffee thaw a little, if your blender doesn’t chop ice well. In a blender add coffee (ice cubes if using), milk, coconut milk, hazelnut extract, stevia and cocoa powder. Blend until combined. Top with 2 Tbsp. whip cream and a drizzle of Nutella if you desire Notes Calories: 68.3, Fat: 3.2, Cholesterol: 1.3, Sodium: 107, Potassium: 0, Carbs: 8.5, Fiber: 2.7, Sugar: 4.5, Protein: 2.7 -- source link
