PHP MV-17Made by PHP (Prvi Hrvatski Pistolj), the MV-17 was a hastily designed and constructed pistol created in order to arm the new Croatian Military during its war for independence in the 1990’s. It was a double action 9mm pistol based off of the Beretta 92 and Walther P-38. It has a double stack magazine that can hold 15 rounds. Production was sporadic as was its quality. It would be quickly replaced by the HS 2000/Springfield XD pistol. -- source link
