A big thanks to Prémio Bandas Desenhadas 2019 (Portuguese Comics Awards) for awarding Andromeda with “best edition”: “In this category, the judges take into account not only the comic strips themselves but also their physical support and the quality of the extra content to the BD itself. The winning work in 2019 was the author edition of Zé Burnay of Andromeda or The Long Way Home, an extemporaneous nomination, whose launch date took place in the second quarter of 2019. In fact, with regard to the author editions, the quality of this work is unusual in our national panorama, with a careful design, be it the accompanying CD - including its insert - or the book - such as the spine in fabric, the paper or the option for metallic copper.
