While mixing the colors for this piece, I came to realize that God will sometimes mix up colors in our life like suffering, struggling and pain to remind us to depend on Him. Us being the masterpiece should trust God, our artist, that He is in control and He knows exactly what He is doing. He knows which colors to blend to make everything in perfect harmony. All the dark colors will soon make sense as He used them to perfect us - the masterpiece He wanted us to become. We may not yet see it now but sooner everything will be beautiful in its proper time. What God has prepared for us is much artistic than we could ever imagine. Can’t you believe it? The designer of the universe, the creator of the earth, the architect of every living thing who detailed each hair, each eyes, each wings; the author of every story that first seemed impossible is now painting the masterpiece called “YOU.” So I dare you not to trust the paint, not the paintbrush, but the artist.
